These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of lizamodel.fit (the “Site”) and the purchase and use of our digital products (the “Products”). By accessing the Site or purchasing Products, you agree to these Terms.


1) Provider information


The Site and Products are provided by Zuykova L (sole entrepreneur), Kazakhstan (“we”, “us”, “our”).

2) Products


We sell digital fitness video programs and related digital materials. Products are delivered via a private members area on our Site.

Streaming-only: Videos are intended to be viewed online and may not be downloadable.

We do not provide medical services. We do not offer 1:1 coaching unless explicitly stated on a product page.


3) Access period


Unless otherwise stated on the product page, access to a purchased Product is granted for 1 year from the purchase date.


4) Account access (Members Area)


After purchase, you will receive account access instructions and/or credentials by email. You are responsible for:

• Keeping your login details confidential
• Not sharing access with others
• All activity under your account

We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe your account is being shared or used in violation of these Terms.


5) Payments & Merchant of Record


Purchases are processed by Lemon Squeezy, which acts as the Merchant of Record for transactions. Lemon Squeezy may appear on your bank statement and may handle payment processing, invoicing, taxes (e.g., sales tax/VAT where applicable), and fraud checks.

By purchasing, you also agree to any applicable terms presented at checkout by Lemon Squeezy.


6) Pricing, taxes, and currency


Prices are shown on the Site and/or at checkout. Taxes may be added where required by law and may depend on your location. The final amount is shown at checkout before you confirm payment.


7) Refund policy


Because Products are digital and delivered immediately, refunds are limited.

Refund window: You may request a refund within 7 days of purchase if you have not consumed a substantial portion of the Product (for example, if you have not watched more than 20% of the video content).

To request a refund, email hello@lizamodel.fit with:

• the order email and/or receipt,
• the product name,
• the reason for the request.

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method. Some processing fees may be non-refundable depending on the payment provider’s rules.

Chargebacks: If you initiate a chargeback without contacting support first, we may suspend access while the dispute is reviewed.


8) License and acceptable use


When you purchase a Product, you receive a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable license to access and use it for your own personal, non-commercial purposes.

You may not:

• Share, resell, sublicense, or distribute the content
• Record, copy, download, reproduce, or redistribute videos or materials
• Upload content to any sharing platform (public or private)
• Circumvent access controls
• Use the content to create competing products

We reserve the right to enforce these restrictions, including terminating access.


9) Intellectual property


All Site content, videos, text, graphics, logos, and materials are owned by us or licensed to us and are protected by intellectual property laws. No rights are granted except as expressly stated in these Terms.


10) Health disclaimer


Fitness involves risk. You agree that:

• You are responsible for your own health and safety
• You will stop exercising if you feel pain, dizziness, or discomfort
• You will consult a physician before starting any new exercise program, especially if you are pregnant, injured, or have any medical condition

Our content is for educational purposes only and is not medical advice.


11) Availability and changes


We aim to keep the Site and members area available, but access may occasionally be interrupted due to maintenance, updates, or factors beyond our control. We may update or modify Products and Site features over time.


12) Termination


We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, misuse the Site, or engage in fraud or unlawful activity. Upon termination, your license to access the Products ends.


13) Limitation of liability


To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
• Our total liability for any claim related to a Product will not exceed the amount you paid for that Product.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so these may not fully apply to you.


14) Indemnity


You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of the Site, violation of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights.


15) Governing law


These Terms are governed by the laws of Kazakhstan, without regard to conflict of law principles. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Kazakhstan, unless consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction require otherwise.


16) Changes to these Terms


We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date will reflect changes. Continued use of the Site after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
